What is PinchTime?
PinchTime is an attendance and HR app. Employees check in and out, apply for leave and see payslips; company admins manage staff, shifts, approvals, payroll and reports.
How does attendance check-in work?
The employee checks in from the app with their location and a selfie. Check-in is accepted only inside the office area set by the company admin.
Does PinchTime track location all day?
No. Location is read only at the moment of check-in or check-out, never in the background.
How are employee accounts created?
The company admin adds employees one by one or in bulk from an Excel sheet. Employees then sign in with their mobile number and OTP.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. PinchTime works on Android (download) and in any web browser.
Is our company data kept separate?
Yes. Each company's data is isolated by server-side security rules, and employees see only their own records. Read the Privacy Policy.
How do we start using PinchTime?
